Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Compliance Intern who is interested in learning corporate compliance, taxation, and regulatory filings. The intern will work closely with our compliance and advisory team to assist in documentation, filings, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in company incorporation processes (Private Limited, LLP, OPC, Partnership)
• Support GST registration, GST return filings, and GST compliance work
• Assist in Income Tax return preparation and documentation
• Help with MCA filings and ROC compliance
• Support Trademark registration documentation and filing
• Maintain compliance records and client documentation
• Coordinate with clients for required documents and compliance information
• Assist in preparation of compliance reports and MIS documentation

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Accounting / Taxation / Company Law
• Familiarity with GST, Income Tax, or MCA portal is a plus
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Attention to detail and ability to handle compliance documentation

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
• CA / CS / CMA Inter students preferred
• Fresh graduates interested in compliance and taxation can apply
